MonBiker (DAYA WOOD) Return Policy

At MonBiker, we are committed to providing quality products and top-notch customer service. We understand that returns may be necessary and have implemented a clear and transparent return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

General Return Conditions

We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

If the product has major defects that affect its normal use within this 30-day period, we will accept the return and issue a full refund. In case of minor defects, we will provide appropriate compensation and necessary replacement parts.

Returns are not permitted beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and for e-bikes, have been ridden less than ten (10) kilometers (as indicated on the screen display). All components, including chargers, keys, hardware, and other original packaging must be included. Original proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and problems

We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the situation.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@monbiker.com . Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and specific shipping instructions. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. Please note that MonBiker (DAYA WOOD) does not cover return shipping costs.

Items not eligible for return

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products from unauthorized resellers,
  • Products damaged by improper handling,
  • Items modified by the customer,
  • Free gifts or promotional items,
  • Accessories purchased online, such as mudguards, luggage racks, helmets, shifters, phone holders, air compressors, rain covers, locks, mirrors, etc.
  • Additional Accessories Purchased: Please be sure to verify that replacement accessories purchased directly from MonBiker meet your needs before ordering.

Return Process

To start the return process:

  1. Send an email to info@monbiker.com with your order number.
  2. Specify whether this is a return or an exchange.
  3. Indicate the reason for your return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, these costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of tracking.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours and credited to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

Processing times :
For returns, a processing time of 3 to 6 business days is required after receipt. Then, the refund will be issued within 3 business days.

Return and Exchange Policy Eligibility Conditions

MonBiker (DAYA WOOD) Return and Exchange Policy applies only to customers who purchased from MonBiker authorized dealers. Secondary customers (e.g. buyers of used products) are not eligible for this policy.

Note : The return and refund policy becomes invalid if the consumer modifies the components of the bicycle or scooter himself.
